Panic mode yall!

This week has already been hectic as shit, and it's only fuckin tuesday! I got a job offer for an add, i'm gonna be doing the score, and that has to be done by friday! THEN my boy flagrant is sick, he is Phrase's DJ (same crew as me), and they have a gig on the main stage of a huge festival on saturday, but flago's sick, so i have to dj for it, and I havn't rehersed or even gone over the tracks!!!! this is a video from last years festival, the same stage we are playing on!!

Update!!

Whattup yall, I'm tried recording the progress of this beat I'm making, i ran the footage back and my beat sounded like a lofo version of spank rock on crack....so yall aint gonna see that haha, which brings me to the conclusion, i need a proper video camera!!!! any suggestions drop them in the comments, i need somthing good for dvd's i guess and small? when it comes to this stuff i'm midly retarded so any help is good!!!! other than that its not too hot today so i'm gettin down to some serious beat business, hopfully they will all be monsters!!! and i'ma get a camera soon so i can show you guys how i do my thing! peace!!!

Just to clear things up

My man redell wrote a comment in my 'talk box' blog, he said talk box is dope, but t pain is an epidemic, well somthing like that, and I totally agree, t pain is wack. BUT, just to clarify for anyone else that might get it confused, what T pain does is TOTALLY different to what the talk box is, talk box uses a synth and your 'mouthing of words', notice i said mouthing not actually saying, to make the sound made famouse by Troutman. What T Pain does is called 'autotuning' and this is a program that automatically pitch shifts your voice to the nearest pitch you designate it to, say if you set the autotune to C, and you sing and record a vocal part in c but your a tad bit flat, it will automatically correct the pitch but keep the same time. What this basically means is you can be a crap singer but sound like your hitting every note perfectly, well with t pain it is blatant autotuning but most singers run their vocal through more subtle autotuning just to tidy things up, i do it, and i guarentee 99% of recording artists do it to!
The main difference, well the way i see it is, you need to be able to play the keys in order to be a good talk boxer, you need to hit the right notes at the right time, same with the pitch bend and modulation wheels, and youll find alot of talk boxing is done with one hand on the keys and one hand on the mod and pitch bend wheels, this takes ALOT of practise and talent to be able to do this all while mouthing the lyrics.

TIIIIIIRRREEEDDDD

Yes, the drinking and lack of sleep from xmas and new years is finally catching up to me and I am sitting here WANTING to work on music, but my brain and eye's won't let me! going back to work didn't help much either!
In other news though I saw De La Soul for the second time on new years day and they never cease to amaze me. The most consistant and refreshing hip hop groups in the world! without a fucking doubt! I also had the pleasure of meeting them at a private party down the road (thanks flagrant!!!!) and you know that i know that you know that i gave them a beat cd! fingures crossed huh? blackalicious and people under the stairs were also there and yes they got the beat maker hassling them as well! they are all really good people and great artists!
I also got to see Gotye live for the second time (he played at the arias) and I think I'm a groupie of this man (no homo), the man is amazing and if your sleeping your a clown and need to wake up! :D have fun, spread love!
